What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, gift cards (visa, mastercard), google pay, apple pay and afterpay.
We are currently unable to accept PayPal. .
It's my first time ordering is my information secure?
Absolutely! We use Square pay which is a major retail processing company used by millions of merchants. They take great care in protecting your information and nothing is ever stored with us.
Do orders come with tracking?
Yes, all orders come with tracking so be sure to add the correct email when ordering. Once shipped an instant email will be sent with your tracking number and the carriers information.
When will my order ship?
We take pride in shipping quickly so we do our best to avoid any delays getting your order out. All orders are currently shipping within 1-2 business day. However, at times this can take longer especially if ordering on a weekend or during a time we are away at a convention.
What Service do you use to ship orders?
Depending on your order size we will ship via the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, UPS, FEDEX.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order has shipped, it will take approximately 3-7 business days to be delivered within the USA. This will vary for international orders and will depend on your choice of shipping method. However, due to Covid-19 we are aware there are some delays in mail delivery and this is subject to change.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however international shipping is subject to international shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on these orders due to the high cost of shipping outside of the USA.

Will I be charged customs fees on international orders?
If you are ordering from outside the USA, your package may be subject to import taxes and duties fees. We are required by law to mark all packages as “merchandise” and clearly state the purchase price of the goods in the package. The import taxes and duty fees vary from country to country, and are based on the value of the merchandise. Some countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. To find out how much you could be charged, contact your local post office for more information.
What if my international order is lost?
As international shipping times vary from country to country, we cannot consider a package lost until it is missing for 6 weeks.
Can I return my order?
If there is an issue with your order once it arrives please contact us so we can assess the issue prior to requesting a return. Please keep in mind that we sell items which come directly from underground directors. This means not all items will come with retail packaging. Due to the high risk of purchasers seeking reimbursement after downloading or bootlegging a copy of a movie ordered we will NOT accept any movie returns.
T-Shirts may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. They must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund*. Worn or defective items may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Movies and Macabre Mystery Packs are non-returnable.
* Refunds apply to items only; shipping charges will not be refunded.
When I create an account will my orders be stored?
Yes, if you want your order stored be sure to sign in prior to placing your order. At this time we cannot add an order to your account history after purchase so please sign in or sign up prior to ordering if you wish to keep track of your order history.
Do you accept trade?
Yes, the best way to trade with us is to message us through Facebook or Instagram as it makes sending images easier. However, you may also reach us via the site messenger. All trade will be verified prior to shipping your trade.
